How do I add a lock screen widget?
Touch and hold the lock screen → Customize → Lock Screen → tap the area below the clock → choose Virdim → Verse of the day, Hadith of the day, Dhikr, Daily wird, Name of the day or Religious days. Home Screen: touch and hold an empty area → + → Virdim.
Dhikr with the Action Button
iPhone 15 Pro and later: Settings → Action Button → Controls → Virdim "Count dhikr". Each press counts once; the Dynamic Island counter and the widget update at the same time. You can add the same control to Control Center (iOS 18+).
The counter does not show in the Dynamic Island
The top-right Dynamic Island toggle on the Dhikr tab must be on, and iOS Settings → Virdim → Live Activities must be on. A Live Activity lasts up to 8 hours; opening the Dhikr tab restarts it. With Personal Hotspot on, the island shows the name and count in its small form.
A wallpaper that changes every morning
Follow the steps on Settings → Wallpaper: Shortcuts → Automation → Time of Day → "Verse of the day image" → "Set Wallpaper (Lock Screen)". For a one-off, "Save to Photos" (add-only permission).
Cards and WhatsApp
Cards tab → Share → WhatsApp. Square for chats, portrait for status. A new card arrives every Friday and on every holy night or Eid; it is ready on Thursday evening and a notification comes on Friday morning.
Plus and purchases
Plus is bought through the App Store as a yearly subscription or a lifetime purchase. On a new device use Restore purchases on the Plus screen. Cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds: Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com.
